Yossi Ratnovsky is a partner in the firm and, with his dual background as both a lawyer and a CPA, specializes in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, taxation, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
Yossi Ratnovsky was born in Israel and studied accounting and economics at the Tel Aviv University, qualifying as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Ratnovsky later also studied law at the Tel Aviv University. After admittance to the Israeli Bar, Mr. Ratnovsky served as an associate in Shekel-Tulchinsky, Law Offices, and later as an associate, then as a partner, in Tulchinsky Stern, Law Offices, now Tulchinsky Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co., Law Offices. Mr. Ratnovsky also served as a foreign associate for one year at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, United States.
