Adv. Ofer Vallach is a lawyer in the corporate and securities department and the high-tech department of our firm. Ofer accompanies companies and advises them at various stages of their lives, from their establishment and throughout the routine of their activities, including, when these are required, formulating agreements and conducting negotiations. In addition, Ofer specializes in a variety of areas of law, including companies and securities, banking and finance, venture capital funds, information technology and innovation, intellectual property and licensing, mergers and acquisitions.
Ofer accompanies banks and financial institutions seeking to carry out processes for the assimilation of core systems and infrastructure as well as other unique projects. In addition, he provides consulting to start-up companies in the areas of licensing, manufacturing, software sales, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Over the years, Ofer has gained experience in many areas of civil and commercial litigation, including in the areas of class actions and, among his various positions, he has also served as a legal assistant to judges in the administration of the courts.
