Miriam Sade Fischer is an associate in the firm’s commercial and corporate department and engages in all aspects of Corporate Law. Miriam provides ongoing legal advice to private and publicly held corporations from their inception and initial business transactions throughout their business stages in various corporate and commercial matters and transactions, including venture funding transactions, commercial agreements and general corporate counseling as well as advising companies with respect to their day to day corporate affairs.
Miriam also advises on various aspects of GDPR and Israeli privacy law, working closely with businesses to improve their information governance in this rising field. The practice includes advising on compliance, privacy aspects in commercial agreements and corporate transactions, internal policies, organizational measures, engagement with vendors and other third-party users.
