Liat is an associate in the Commercial and Civil Litigation/Real Estate department of the firm. Liat advises international and local clients on various matters relating to complex commercial and civil disputes (including arbitration and mediation), including matters relating to Contracts, Corporate Law, Property Law, Tender Laws, and regularly appears before a broad range of courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels.
Liat also advises clients regarding a variety of real estate transactions (sale and purchase transactions, residential, commercial and industrial projects, land purchase through combination, transformation transactions, zoning and planning and others) and has an extensive experience in representing clients, in front of all relevant authorities including the Israeli Land Authority and Appeal Committees in appeals for decrease or amendment for permit fees, value differentials in real estate appraisals, planning and zoning authorities, municipal institutions, land tax institutions and the Land Registry bureau.
