A lawyer in the firm’s Commercial department, Itay advises various companies in their ongoing affairs, including the negotiation of various contractual agreements, technological agreements, M&A, software licensing, IT and Service agreements, consulting contracts and much more.

In an extensive roster, Itay’s clients include hi-tech companies, start-ups, banks, other companies and corporates.

Prior to joining the firm, Itay was an advocate in the Litigation department at Zysman Aharoni Gayer & Co, where he handled commercial and administrative litigation matters.
