David Cohen serves as legal counsel to leading hi-tech and industrial companies and has represented major companies in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, management buy-outs, licensing agreements, financing rounds, development and distribution agreements, IP issues and other strategic transactions.
Mr. Cohen was born in the USA and studied law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After admittance to the Israeli Bar, Mr. Cohen first served as an associate at Ephraim Abramson & Co., Law Offices, and later as a partner in the firm. In 1995 Mr. Cohen was a founding partner in the firm of Doron Cohen – David Cohen (subsequently Cohen, Cohen, Yaron-Eldar & Co., Law Offices). In 2006 Mr. Cohen and three other partners merged with Tulchinsky-Stern & Co. Mr. Cohen specializes in the areas of capital markets and securities, corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, hi-tech and private equity.
