Menachem Tulchinsky heads the Tel Aviv offices of Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co. Mr. Tulchinsky and serves as legal counsel to several major pharmaceutical, hi-tech and real estate companies, specializing in Corporate Taxation, International Taxation, Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Real Estate Law.
Mr. Tulchinsky was born in Israel and studied law at the University of Tel Aviv. After admittance to the Israeli Bar, Mr. Tulchinsky served as an associate in S. Horowitz & Co., Law Offices, and later as a partner in Shekel-Tulchinsky, Law Offices. Mr. Tulchinsky is a founding partner of Tulchinsky-Stern & Co., Law Offices, which merged with lawyers David Cohen and Amir Levitski to form Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co., Law Offices.
