Benjamin graduated (with honors) the Combined Excellence Program of Law and Business Administration from the Hebrew University Law Faculty. During his studies Benjamin served, among others, as a member of the Editorial Board of “Mishpatim”, the Hebrew University Law Review, and as a research and teaching assistant at the Hebrew University Law Faculty.
Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin served as a legal clerk for the Honorable Justice Edna Arbel at the Supreme Court of Israel.
Benjamin practice in the firm focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, commercial and corporate law, and providing general legal advice to companies, entrepreneurs and investors, across a wide spectrum of technology industries, from establishment and early stage investments through mergers and acquisitions.
Additionally, Benjamin represents clients in selected cases of complex commercial litigation, with specific expertise in venture capital related cases and corporate law.
